A neighborhood with a unique atmosphere, full of small local businesses, cozy cafés, and charming places such as the pre-war Rialto Cinema, the Old Zoo, or the beautiful Sołacki Park. It is very close to the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Hospital as well as the Poznań International Fair.

Four-person studio apartment with an area of 28 m², carefully designed in a modern japandi style, with your comfort and good taste in mind. Thoughtful layout and comprehensive equipment ensure a comfortable stay and a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a new building (2024), also features amenities such as: an elevator, air conditioning, internet (Wi-Fi), as well as a balcony with a city view, especially inviting at sunset. The apartment has a living room with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), TV and blackout curtains, as well as a fold-out sofa (110 x 200 cm when unfolded) – additional sleeping space for two people. The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, etc.).

The apartment is located in Poznań’s Paid Parking Zone, however for your full convenience we provide a free parking space in an individual, spacious garage located in the same building. Only an advance reservation is needed – we only require a refundable deposit for the barrier and gate remotes (returned within 3 days of check-out).

We’ve also prepared: a set of white towels, liquid soap, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board and other essential accessories – all so that you can feel right at home.

REST BEST Apartments loves children, who are welcome at any age. A baby crib for children aged 0–3 years is available upon request for a one-time fee of 200 PLN per night. The crib fee is not included in the total price and must be paid separately. A separate reservation is required, and crib availability depends on current stock. Children under 18 may stay in the apartment only when accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult authorized to care for the traveling child, who must provide Rest Best Apartments with legally required documents and other information.

REST BEST Apartments loves animals, and their stay in our Apartments is free of charge. We provide pet beds and bowls, which must be reserved separately.

REST BEST Apartments allows guests to check in during the hotel day, which runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM, using a smart lock and an assigned CODE. Early check-in before 3:00 PM is not possible. We kindly ask guests to provide an estimated arrival time in advance. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please remember to behave respectfully during arrival or departure during quiet hours, between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

REST BEST Apartments manages apartments with their own free parking spaces located in the building, e.g. an underground garage or private garage. A separate reservation is required.

REST BEST Apartments has implemented modern solutions in its apartments enabling free check-in and check-out. Using the CODE sent no later than on the day of arrival, flexible planning of arrivals and departures is possible – at any time of the hotel day.

The CODE is valid: from 3:00 PM on the day the reservation begins, until 11:00 AM on the day it ends. The CODE must be entered on the numeric keypad located next to the apartment entrance door and confirmed with the button labeled “YALE”.

REST BEST Apartments manages apartments equipped with modern automated smart locks opened using a CODE. These locks always lock automatically (so-called “door locked”) within 3 minutes of closing. To reopen the door:

1) from the inside – turn the round black knob on the door under the handle twice to the left,

2) from the outside – enter the CODE on the numeric keypad and confirm with the button labeled: “YALE”.

Always lock the entrance door after leaving the apartment – simply press the keypad button with the symbol/label “YALE” or use the full sequence: the sent CODE followed by confirming with the button with the symbol/label “YALE”.
