It is very close to the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Hospital as well as the Poznań International Fair.
This four-person studio apartment, with an area of 28 m², has been carefully designed in a modern Japandi style, keeping your comfort and good taste in mind. The well-thought-out layout and comprehensive equipment ensure a comfortable stay and a pleasant atmosphere. Located on the 3rd floor of a new building (2024), the apartment features amenities such as an elevator, air conditioning, internet (Wi-Fi), and a balcony with a city view, especially inviting at sunset.
The apartment includes a living room with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), TV, blackout curtains, and a fold-out sofa (110 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two additional guests. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, etc.).
The apartment is located in Poznań’s Paid Parking Zone, but for your full convenience, we provide a free parking space in a spacious private garage within the same building. Prior reservation is required — a refundable deposit for the remote controls to the barrier and gate is required (refundable up to 3 days after check-out).

REST BEST Apartments loves children, who are welcome at any age. A baby crib for children aged 0–3 years is available upon request for a one-time fee of 200 PLN. The crib fee is not included in the total price and must be paid separately. A separate reservation is required, and the availability of the crib depends on current stock. Children under the age of 18 may stay in the apartment only when accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult authorized to care for the traveling child, who must provide Rest Best Apartments with legally required documents and other necessary information.
REST BEST Apartments loves pets, and their stay in our apartments is free of charge. We provide pet beds and bowls, which must be reserved separately.
REST BEST Apartments allows guests to check in during the hotel day, which runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM, using a keypad lock and an assigned code. Early check-in before 3:00 PM is not possible. We kindly ask guests to provide an estimated time of arrival in advance. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please remember to behave respectfully during arrival or departure between the quiet hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

REST BEST Apartments has implemented modern solutions in its apartments allowing flexible check-in and check-out. By using the CODE provided no later than on the day of arrival, guests can plan their arrivals and departures at any time within the hotel stay hours.
REST BEST Apartments manages apartments equipped with modern automated digital locks opened using a CODE. These locks always automatically lock themselves (so-called “doors locked with a key”) within up to 3 minutes after closing. To reopen the door:
1) From the inside – turn the round knob of the black lock under the door handle twice to the left.
2) From the outside – enter the CODE on the numeric keypad and confirm by pressing the button labeled “YALE.”
Always lock the entrance door when leaving the apartment — simply press the “YALE” button on the keypad or enter the full CODE sequence and confirm it by pressing the “YALE” button.
