Rest Best Apartments at Elizy Orzeszkowej 10 is a 6-person apartment of 60 m2 located on the ground floor of a modern townhouse in the historic district of Poznań – Łazarz. Right next to the Poznań International Fair – 200 m from the main gate, the beautiful Wilson Park with the Poznań Palm House, and newly opened spaces: Restaurant Petit Paris, or Betonhaus. This apartment is an ideal space both for families with children and for friends who value comfort, functionality and a cozy atmosphere. Inside you’ll find spacious, high-ceilinged interiors designed for the perfect rest, relaxation and comfort.

The apartment offers a living room with kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a terrace accessible from the living room and each bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a separate toilet. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and TV, the second – two comfortable single beds. The double sofa bed in the relaxation zone, the living room can easily be turned into a spacious and comfortable bedroom that guarantees a restful sleep. In the relaxation zone a handy coffee table, a cozy armchair, a sofa and TV are waiting for you – all right next to the terrace, perfect for a stimulating morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped, giving you full freedom to prepare meals. You’ll find an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle and a full set of pots, pans, porcelain, glasses, cutlery and other necessary items. The dining area has a large table – perfect for shared breakfasts, dinners and long conversations over wine.

The apartment is located in Poznań’s Paid Parking Zone, however for your full convenience we provide a free parking space No. 1 in the underground garage. Only an advance reservation is needed – we only require a refundable deposit for the gate remote (returned within 3 days after check-out). From the garage you’ll reach the apartment directly by elevator, guaranteeing full comfort and convenience during your stay.

We’ve also prepared: a set of white towels, liquid soap, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board and other essential accessories – all so that you can feel right at home.

REST BEST Apartments loves children, who are welcome at any age. A baby crib for children aged 0–3 years is available upon request for a one-time fee of 200 PLN per night. The crib fee is not included in the total price and must be paid separately. A separate reservation is required, and crib availability depends on current stock. Children under 18 may stay in the apartment only when accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult authorized to care for the traveling child, who must provide Rest Best Apartments with legally required documents and other information.

REST BEST Apartments loves animals, and their stay in our Apartments is free of charge. We provide pet beds and bowls, which must be reserved separately.

REST BEST Apartments allows guests to check in during the hotel day, which runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM, using a smart lock and an assigned CODE. Early check-in before 3:00 PM is not possible. We kindly ask guests to provide an estimated arrival time in advance. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please remember to behave respectfully during arrival or departure during quiet hours, between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

REST BEST Apartments manages apartments with their own free parking spaces located in the building, e.g. an underground garage or private garage. A separate reservation is required.

REST BEST Apartments has implemented modern solutions in its apartments enabling free check-in and check-out. Using the CODE sent no later than on the day of arrival, flexible planning of arrivals and departures is possible – at any time of the hotel day.

The CODE is valid: from 3:00 PM on the day the reservation begins, until 11:00 AM on the day it ends. The CODE must be entered on the numeric keypad located next to the apartment entrance door and confirmed with the button labeled “YALE”.

REST BEST Apartments manages apartments equipped with modern automated smart locks opened using a CODE. These locks always lock automatically (so-called “door locked”) within 1 minute of closing. To reopen the door:

1) from the inside – turn the round black knob on the door under the handle twice to the left,

2) from the outside – enter the CODE on the numeric keypad and confirm with the button labeled “YALE”.

Always lock the entrance door after leaving the apartment – simply press the keypad button with the symbol/label “YALE” or use the full sequence: the sent CODE followed by confirming with the button with the symbol/label “YALE”.
